Who doesn’t love made-from-scratch, fresh-from-the-garden, make-your-mouth-water Chili? Or how about some smoky, grilled-to-perfection Wings or BBQ Brisket? Some of us love to cook, and some of us love to eat, so there are two ways to play:

1. Cook your own FAMOUS Red Chili, Wings or Brisket
See how it stands up to some of the best in the valley. Come and Cook your best Red Chili, Wings or BBQ Brisket. Chili, Wings and BBQ Brisket fans from throughout the Rogue Valley will line up to taste your chili and cast their votes.

2. Be a Cook-Off Judge! 
Bring your taste buds and line up to taste the best Red Chili, Wings and BBQ Brisket in the Valley.  The savory smell of sautéed onions fills the air while live music and family activities begin at 12 p.m. 
We still need judges for the closed panel rib competition on Saturday at 11am

Tasting Details:
Friday: Chicken Wings | 5pm – 9pm
Saturday: Brisket | Noon - 4pm
Sunday: Chili | Noon - 3pm
